Had dinner here for Valentine’s Day for the first time. Found out they’ve been open for only 9 months and they are AMAZING! Best service and the food was spectacular and so flavorful. The Valentine's Day special cocktails were so good and for 8-10 each was just perfect. We plan to stop by again.

We arrived with no reservations, at 8pm on a Saturday and the hostess still managed to seat the five of us right away. Our waitress was amazing, the decor is beautiful and the food chef's kiss was better than promised. Honestly I don't think there was a single complaint at our table, about anything. This will definitely be on my list of things to do every time we visit San Antonio going forward.

Have been wanting to try Casa Catrina since last year and finally made it. Love all the Catrina decor inside and out. The outdoor balcony overlooking the Riverwalk is close enough to see the concerts from the right angle, and our waitress was BEYOND accommodating to 2 people with allergies. Her recommendations were perfect. Didn't try any cocktails but the tinga tacos and their slaw were awesome!

Great fun vibe at this restaurant from the moment youwalk up to the entrance. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a hekpful young woman who asked my preference for seating. I was going to opt for inside (where it was nice and cool) but, as she mentioned that they had fans and misters on the patio area, I decided to sit outside. Very cool and relaxing atmosphere there, as well as inside. My waitress was attentive as she took my order which was the 3 shrimp taco meal that came with rice and beans. Alot of food and, most importantly, it was delicious. I decided on a diet drink. I mentioned to her that the food was very good, but, unfortunately, they didn't leave out the onion (which I dislike). The bill came at just under 20 which I thought was very inexpensive. Maybe she took off the price of the drink? If she did... it was thoughtful, lbut unnecessary. But a nice gesture. The misters and fans worked well to keep patrons comfortable. The decor was very cool. They had a nice bar inside. They had sesting on the same level as the inside of the restaurant, but also seating below. There was a young man who takes pictures of patrons for free. But also offered 1 larger photo for 20, and I think 2 photos for 30. I thanked him for the free photo and purchased the larger one for 20. A nice momento of my time in San Antonio. I highly recommend this restaurant! It is fun, in a great location (1 minute from the Hilton Palacios del Rio), with excellent food and service. Right on the Riverwalk but also accessible via the street.
